SHIPPING AND RETUNRS
• The shipping is totally free.
• When you deliver the order to the carrier, you will receive the confirmation of the shipment and the tracking number to the email.
• The order will be processed between one or two business days and the shipment will take three to six business days.
• The company is not responsible for delays or inconveniences that may arise in the shipment by transport agencies, after the order has been delivered to the service provider.
• The customer must send and verify the corresponding shipping address, if a refund is incurred by mistake in the data provided, the cost of return to the address must be borne by the user.
• If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at his residence, the transporter will deliver the order to the people present at the moment or in the corresponding mailbox.
• Perfekta Colombian ShapeWear, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The service provider will usually determine if the order can be left in a secure and protected place at the delivery address. If you think your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team, so we can help you.

• Bad Address: Perfekta Colombian Shapewear is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong or missing apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all the correct information. Perfekta Colombian Shapewear is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.
• How do I change my address on an existing order in transit? Once the order was processed and sent (in transit) it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping company (USPS) and make the necessary changes (there may be an additional charge). Perfekta Colombian ShapeWear can not be held responsible for the change of address.
• How do I cancel my order on an existing order in transit? Regrettably, we are unable to cancel your order from our customer service department. Once your order has entered into our shipping process, it cannot be modified or canceled.
In case of loss or partial or total damage.
• Each shipment is insured for its commercial value, in case of any damage or total or partial loss, the customer may file the claim by sending a message to the email@example.com attaching the corresponding documents and evidence necessary.
• Our company will be in charge of carrying out the claim process and if it is carried out, it will be in charge of replacing the missing or damaged goods.
• Once the client’s request has been filed, the estimated time of response by the company is 72 hours (3 days) and 12 days maximum to complete the case.

All orders will be processed between 1 or 2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, orders can take between 3 – to 12 business days to deliver.
We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delay may occur due to invalid address, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
Shipping rates vary based on weight, tariffs, and country. The cost of shipping is calculated after checkout.
Perfekta Shape Wear will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Perfekta Colombian Shapewear do not do refunds, a store credit will be issued.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase
Items must have the original tags and original packaging and must be in the same condition that we sent it to you (without cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The garment must be new and must not have been used. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of them.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial
The cost for returning the order and the new shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. When we receive your return, we will email you to make the payment corresponding to the shipment of the new garment.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from Perfekta Colombian ShapeWear; purchases made in other websites or stores are not accepted.

Returns – Exchanges policies
Please follow this important information about our return policies (please read carefully all the information and comply with each of the points below).

1. The garment must have the original tags and original packaging. Without exception, without this, an exchange is not possible.
2. The garment must be in the same state in which we sent it to you (no cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.).
3. The garment must be new and must not have been used.
4. The costs of returning the order and the new shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
5. When we receive your return, we will send you an email to make the payment of $15 corresponding to the shipment of the new garment.
6. We make an exchange of the same size of the garment that was requested or if you wish to exchange it for another reference, the new garment must be of the same price or a higher price, we do not refund money or credits.
7.Remember that garments from size 3XL onwards have an extra cost of $10. We do not do money back.
8. We only accept purchases that have been made through our website or over the phone at our Perfekta Shapewear store in the US.
9. You do not need to send the catalog and return policies that we send you.
10. You can request the change of garment within 30 calendar days after the purchase.
11. No refund or exchange on all final sales.

We remind our clients that our products are considered intimate garments. The company has high-quality standards that grant the ability to accept or not garments that do not comply with the policies for the change for hygiene or care conditions.
If the purchase was in person, you should go to any of the Perfekta Colombian ShapeWear stores.
• For guarantee purposes it is necessary to present the receipt of payment.
• The company has 3 business days to respond to their clients regarding warranty issues, considering that the days will be counted once the product is received at our facilities.
• The guarantee request is subject to an evaluation by the quality area, where it is determined if the damage caused is due to the misuse or particularity of the material. In case it is determined that it is due to the improper use of the product, the company will be exempted from the guarantee.
• Damage to the lace and hooks are not included in the warranty.
• Our product is of intimate use, therefore to make the guarantee request, the garment must be in excellent hygiene and cleanliness conditions, totally free of odors and body fluids.
• The time for the guarantee of the purchased garments is 30 business days after the invoice has been issued.
• The clothes in outlet or B type have no guarantee, since they are products that have some imperfect or are discontinued.
• We do not accept guarantees of garments modified or altered by third parties.
